Katja Zarolinski, CSA is a New York–based casting director and the founder of KZ Casting, working across theatre, film, and television. She is known for a bespoke, collaborative approach to casting—one that values specificity, imagination, and a genuine personal connection to both the material and the artists bringing it to life.
Katja’s work includes Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre, film, and television. In addition to her casting work, Katja is deeply committed to education and mentorship. Teaching is a natural extension of her casting philosophy—grounded in clarity, generosity, and helping artists do their strongest, most confident work.
